Eligibility
A return or an exchange is possible under the following conditions:

The product was damaged due to factors outside the customer’s control.

The product does not match the specifications or description on our website.

An incorrect product was delivered.
- The product component(s) is defective.
A return or an exchange is not allowed under the following conditions:

The product was damaged due to customer misuse or handling.

The outer box packaging was damaged during the shipping process, yet the inner product container is intact.

The product has depreciated in value due to use, affecting its resale condition.

The product packaging or seal has been compromised.
Process
You may request a return or exchange within seven (7) days of receiving the product. To initiate a return or exchange, please email help@seisson.com with the below information.

Photographs of the defective product, if applicable
Please advised that we will not accept any products that have been shipped back to us, which have not gone through the proper process.
Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges

For returns or exchanges due to product defects or incorrect delivery, we will cover return shipping costs.

For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or personal preference (where there are no quality issues), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including any additional customs and handling fees.
Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the return eligibility criteria, a refund will be processed to the original form of payment within ten (10) business days.
- Depending on the circumstances, either a full refund may be issued or applicable fees—such as shipping, customs or handling charges—may be deducted from the refund amount.
