Your order is processed for shipment within one (1) business day, once the full payment is received. From that point, delivery takes 3 to 10 days, depending on the destination country.

Please note that customs procedures in the destination country may further delay delivery.

Our products are shipped internationally via air parcel service provided by the Postal Service to regions within its coverage.

For US:

We can track the package up to its arrival into the country, but local delivery status is not traceable.

We apologize for this inconvenience, but it is the policy of the US Postal Service, over which we do not have control. If you would like to know if your package has arrived in the US, please contact us.

For other countries:

In most other countries we can track the delivery status of your package. Please contact us for details.

The recipient is responsible for any import duties and taxes that may apply to international shipments.

For US:

If the total value of the merchandise is under $800, no duties are levied until August 29, 2025.

After this time, duties will be levied as per the new tariff policy, but at this time it is unclear exactly how much this will be.

For other countries:

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide estimates in advance, as the fees are typically levied when the package arrives in the destination country and is subject to local laws.

In Korea, yes! We are available at premium department stores throughout the country.

Outside of Korea, however, we are only available online.
